5. Exit Door width will be 1.15 meter(45 Inc. ),Height 2 meter (78 inc.) [BLR -2015 (54-2) ]
6. Dining facility must be provided for 15 % existing worker in the facility.  [ BLR -2015 (92) ]
7. Exit will not be more distance than 50 meter from any workers. [ BLR -2015 (54-2) ]
8. Toilet facility : Male -   First 100 : 1 toilet for  40 [Next 1 for 60 workers ] Female - First 100 : 1 toilet for  25  [Next 1 for 50 workers ] BLR -2015 Schedule -2 .
9. All doors in a means of egress shall be of the side--‐hinged swinging type. Roll--‐down and sliding gates and shutters shall not be allowed.  [ ACCORD  Standard  6.8.1 ]
10.  Assembly area should be designated [ BNBC Part 4 , Sec. 4.8.11.1 ]
11.  A factory having more than 3000 to 7500 workers two registered doctor , Asst. , Nurse is required . More than 7500 workers 3 registered doctor , Asst. , Nurse is required . [  BLR – 78 ]
12.  Automatic sprinkler protection shall be installed throughout all portions of new and existing high--‐rise buildings with an occupiable floor greater than 23 m (75 ft) above .  [ ACCORD  Standard  5.3.3.]
13.   Extinguishers shall be placed so  that maximum travel distance to the nearest unit shall not exceed 30 m (100 ft). [ ACCORD  Standard 5.6.1 ]
14. Factory Owner shall ensure that at least one trained professional individual is assigned to each factory facility to manage and monitor the operational loadings of the building. [ACCORD  Standard  13.7.1.1 ]
